“I’m your huckleberry is a saying Chanse got from the movie Tombstone and something he would always say to me in an endearing way. It means man for the job or I'm your guy. We want to be the man for the job in helping a family out in need.

Chanse got his nickname, ‘The Rangeland Derby Rockstar’ for wearing crazy sunglasses while driving his wagon.

I bought him a pair of pink ones a few years back. The next year we decided to throw pink sunglasses off the wagon to the crowd. They became really popular with people always asking where they could get a pair.

The following year we decided to sell them putting the money into a grant we created that families could apply for throughout the season. After raising 50 grand we chose two families that were in a bad financial situation at no fault of their own and split it between them. 

We're looking for families or single parents that have been thrown a hard curve ball in life that has left them in a situation where they need financial help.

A family that has no other people or government help that they can receive.”
